Oppo A57 5G with MediaTek SoC, 5000 mAh battery launched

NEW DELHI: Oppo A57 5G is here. Oppo has expanded its smartphone lineup with the launch of Oppo A57 5G in China. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek processor and it sports an HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone runs Android 12 operating system and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery.
Oppo A57 5G comes with a starting price 1,499 yuan (Rs 17,900). The smartphone comes in black, blue and lilac colour options. Oppo A57 5G will go on sale in China starting April 15. The company has not yet revealed the global launch and availability details of the smartphone.
Oppo A57 5G specifications
Oppo A57 comes with a 6.56-inch HD+ display with 720×1612 pixel resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of ColorOS 12.1.
Oppo A57 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The smartphone also comes with virtual RAM expansion of up to 5GB.
The 5G-enabled smartphone packs 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card.
Oppo A57 5G sports a dual rear camera setup which comprises 13MP main camera with f/2.2 aperture and 2MP portrait sensor. The smartphone is home to an 8MP selfie shooter.
Oppo A57 5G comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging support.
